Bergh Tatomir & Associates is a boutique financial planning firm dedicated to establishing long-term partnerships with our, clients rooted in strong personal relationships. Our hands-on Associates develop plans that respect our clients’ unique financial position, and help them successfully navigate towards their retirement milestones.
We are currently looking for a candidate to assist us administratively with filing and front desk reception duties.
ELEMENTS OF THE ROLE:
- Answering phone calls and directing them to appropriate parties, taking messages
- Book and confirm client appointments
- Greeting visitors and clients
- Office filing duties such as organizing documents, creating file folders, filing documents, as well as uploading documents to shared drive
- Providing support by prepopulating client review paperwork and data entry
CAPABILITIES:
- Extremely detail oriented, with a high level of accuracy
- Excellent professional phone and email etiquette
- Ability to work well with other staff and clients
- Commitment and respect to maintain confidentiality of client information
- Desire and ability to take initiative and work with little supervision
- Proficient in the use of common office software including Word, Excel, and Outlook
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
- Post-secondary education is essential
- 1-2 years of administrative experience is essential
- Experience in the insurance and financial industry is an asset
